We know this year wouldn't have been possible without YOU. Bikes for the World (2005 - 2025) had an anniversary year to be remembered! We welcomed more volunteers this year and dozens and dozens of volunteer groups which helped us surpass numbers we haven't seen since before the pandemic. It looks like we will fall short of our 13,000 bikes donated in 2025 goal, but only because of the global shipping schedule...we had the bikes ready to go, but couldn't get a container scheduled to sail before the holidays.
We have one more shipment going out before the end of the year and will be ready to ship again first thing in January. If you've remembered us already in your year end giving THANK YOU! We won't be slowing down over the winter and you will ensure that we have the momentum financially to keep right on rolling. Whether you give now, monthly, or in the spring, we couldn't do this without you.
This year the necessity and impact of our work has never been greater. With the elimination of federal funding for critical international aid and development programs, trusted nonprofits are working overtime to bridge the gap. At Bikes for the World, we have built on the momentum of our 20th anniversary and focused that enthusiasm into enhanced programmatic support for projects that serve at-risk and marginalized populations across the world.

In times of uncertainty, our mission to help people get from poverty to self sufficiency through access to a bike is critical. This is why we have worked tirelessly to send out 25 shipments and over 13,000 bikes to our partner programs in 2025. With your support, we are able to do our part to keep the bikes flowing, providing hope in times of darkness.
